How to uninstall Entourage?

I loaded Office 2004 for Mac in full, but since then my Mac Mail has got slow and keeps dropping some of my View preferences. In case this is Entourage somehow trying to make itself the default, I'd like to uninstall it. I'll never use it anyway.

Anyone know how to do this?

There's a "remove office" script inside the MS Office 2004 folder (somewhere in it--do a search). I think you can remove selected components through that.
