How to uninstall Ubuntu running via Paralles 4.0 ?

Hi, as in the title. how do i uninstall ubuntu running trough virtual machine on my macbook. i wanna get rid of it but dont really know what to delete? is there uninstall app or something. i tried with my fried google but coudnt find anything.

Delete the VM. That's it. (~/Documents/Virtual Machines)

no others files/libraries need to be deleted ?

The only vm-specific Library entry I'm aware of is related to a Boot Camp install. All the other "normal" vm's are self-contained, AFAIK.
