How to unlock IPhone 3GS 3.1.3

Hi

Recently I upgraded my IPhone 3GS 3.1.3.

Is there anyway I can Unlock the phone to use on any network.

I am more interested in Unlock than Jail Break.

Its not possible with a 3GS thats been updated to 3.1.3
Maybe wait for a future JB and unlock to be released.
You cant unlock without JB it first.

More and more networks are offering unlocking solutions for the iPhone. e.g. O2 in the UK now unlock phones and I recently unlocked a French SFR handset after having it for one week (normally costs €100 to unlock in the first 6 months of ownership).
Networks are becoming increasingly kind in the face of losing custom.
