I'm trying to unlock an iPhone 3gs. It's on iOS 4.3 with baseband 5.16

I've tried to do the whole shabam with sn0wbreeze and restoring the iPhone but i keep getting error 3194 even with tiny umbrella.

How do I get it jailbroken and then unlocked?? I can't update to 4.3.5 can I?

No good.

if the carrier is AT&T then the IPAD baseband is the only way. Anynody else call your carrier 1stsee what they say.

Would you need a Gevey Turbo Sim or if your carrier offers unlocks.

They do offer unlocks, but I just got out of my contract because the service is so terrible. They let me off without a charge, but now they refuse to let me unlock it.

Carrier is t-mobile germany and they only offer unlocks after 24 months. Since this was bought out of contract I guess iPad baseband is the only way
