So when apple updates come rolling, with new features etc. How do you go about updating, obviously not via iTunes but is there another way, how is that done?
 
Bottom line is YOU DON'T UPDATE UNTIL THE DEV TEAM TELLS YOU THAT YOU CAN.

Read that over and over and let it sink in.

You update your device as you normally would and your jailbreak gets erased. You have not jailbreak again after you upgrade.

You wait for instructions of the jailbreak community, each exploit may require a different upgrade path.
