How to update WatchOS?

I have the beta .mobileconfig file on my desktop.
I'm familiar with how to load an update via .ipsw on iTunes & assume it's similar here.

Can somebody please list the steps for me?

u need to have iOS 9 beta on your phone first and then u simple open the mobileconfig with your iphone lets say through an email u sent to urself

How has anyone managed to get there UUID for the Watch? Read Me says to connect to Xcode and get it from Organiser but nothing is showing up for me?

I can confirm this works. It's very easy and quick to set up (takes a while to install/restart Watch tho).
