How to upgrade from Jailbroken 3.2 to Jailbroken 4.2?

What is the easiest way to update the iPad? I used jailbreak me the first time. Is there anyway to do it without reseting all of my settings?

I dont think upgrading to 4.2 is a good idea right now. The jailbroken version of 4.2 is not very stable.
Wait for a couple of weeks.
