How to upgrade RAM and Graphic card on 2011 IMac

I have the new 2011 Sandybridge 27" i5 processor 3.1Ghz IMac, im curious to know what the process is and how much it costs to upgrade the ram and graphic card on it? Thanks guys!

YOu can upgrade the RAM yourself; it's cheaper that way.
GPUs only upgrade as BTO from Apple.

How do i upgrade the RAM though like whats the process? I have to oprn the computer? Cause if thats the case forget it
