how to upgrade the RAM in MACbook pro touchBar

Actually I'm looking to how to upgrade the RAM for MACbook pro Touch Bar as well as Hardisk ?

You can't upgrade the RAM, it's soldered onto the logic board.

Easy.

1. Walk into Apple Store
2. Select new model with bigger RAM and/or drive
3. Hand sales person credit card
4. Ask person to have genius migrate data from old computer to the new computer.

It has been this way since 2012/2013 rMBPs.

You could swap the drive in an rMBP with another (or an Air)
