How to upgrade to Beta2?

I tried to upgrade my IPhone from beta1 to beta2, but when I pressed Ctrl + clicked the restore button on Itunes 8.1 on my WinXP box. There is no file window open to let me select the new IPSW, just a pop up asking my to backup my phone. Is this some new with Itunes 8.1? I used this way to install beta without any problem on the version before 8.1.

shift+click on Windows
alt+click on Mac

FYI: ctrl+click = right click
