how to upgrade to iOS5

Have: iPhone 4, running 4.3.x

How do I upgrade to 5.x.x? (I do not want to go to 6.x.x)

Is this possible, and how do I accomplish it?

There are aspects of iOS6 I do not care for.

iOS 5 is a much better solution for me.
