How to upload pictures from iPhone to iCloud

I don't want to deal with iTunes and USB cable. How to upload pictures from iPhone to iCloud? I don't need a full backup. I only want to upload some pictures which I can access later on other places with other computers. By the way, I don't want an automatic / background full-backup. Because MOST of the time I don't have free WIFI access.
