How to use Chronosync for e-mail sync ?

Hi !

I am trying out Chronosync and would like to use Chronosync to synchronise the mail between 2 laptops :

- For Entourage, could I go to "user>mydocuments>microsoft> ..." and there is a database which I point to, is that right ?😕
- For Apple Mail , which folder do I point Chronosync to ? 😕

Hopefully was able to explain what I am trying to do......😱
