Im trying to get better at sprints. That means, I want to stand still and then sprint for a few sec to test my sprint speed. What is the best way to set this up on the watch without having to press start before running?

I do not know if I have the correct answer, but can explain what I do for for interval training.
Start the run (open), run a warm up, then stop at the line and double tap the watch face to start a new segment, sprint until my heart nearly explodes ( 400m ), double tap for cool down lap, full stop, double tap, sprint, die, double tap, cool down... repeat 4 - 8 times.
