Since its the weekend and I get to relax a bit, I thought I'd do some tweaking and updating of my computer and catch up on my dvr. An idea that occurred to me is that my ipod touch is a fantastic device. I also own a windows mobile phone and I never use it for anything other than making calls. As soon as my contract is up, ill prob switch to the iphone but until then what are some tips and ideas to maximize the use of the ipod touch.
So far this is what I do
1. Music and Safari
2. Mail
3. Calander (set up to sync with my google calender wirelessly)
4. The Facebook app is wonderful. I use facebook much more regularly now
5. The Myspace app is ok.
6. Graphing Calculator app and units converter app (as a math major I use these a lot to save time)
7. Weather
8. Games :Solitaire, soduku, word warp
9. Iprocrastinate Mobile-- I sort of stopped using this, I use calender to set my deadlines and my binder has my schedule tape on the front.
10. I use videos/photos/internet radio and youtube etc when needed.
Now guys am I not utilizing something on my ipod touch? I feel like it could so much more. I had a pocket pc (HP Ipaq) and enjoyed it before it fell in the toilet lol, so this is basically my personal assistant!
