Is there any way to use, say, Word in Space 1 and Space 2 at the same time?
I like to split up my work, for example, I'm working on Chapter 1 stuff in Space 1 and Chapter 2 stuff in Space 2 - but everytime I move a single Word window from Space 1 to Space 2 ALL the Word windows move with it!

Is it just my Spaces that's buggy or is that the way it's designed??

Sorry, Mac noob here :)

My understanding is that Spaces was designed this way. One application per space, or you can "lock" one application to a certain space or all spaces at once. That said, I do think this feature would be useful, if Apple could implement it without breaking too many applications. I happen to have an application that doesn't get along well with Spaces (which, fortunately, I have since found an alternative for).
