How to use Theatre Mode?

So according to the release notes for watchOS 3.2 (which I have not seen mentioned here) there's a Theatre Mode in watchOS 3.1.3 but where is it? There's nothing showing up on Control Centre.

Any insight?

Update: People are mentioning a typo and it should be 3.2 for Theatre Mode. Mods can you lock / delete this? Thanks.

According to one website, it's not activated yet, just included in the code.
