How to verify an used iPhone 4 to be fully OEM (no cheap replacements...)

Hi!

I bought an used iPhone 4, the seller said it is all original and non repaired whatsoever.

While ebay is flooded with cheap lower Quality Replacement parts, is there a chance for me to verify that? (without disassembly of the Phone)

If it helps, I've got some Photos of the Phone with removed Backplate.

are there Replacement Parts, that look absolutely 100% identical like the Original?

I might compare it with a friends iPhone 4 if thats not the Case.
