How to verify App has 64-bit support before purchase?

Is there a method to verify an App has 64-bit support before purchasing it? Assuming the great App apocalypse does happen with iOS 11 we want to purchase any apps that wouldn't be supported.

Just check when the last time it was updated if it was updated before 2013 it probably doesn't have 64-bit support if its updated after 2013 or in 2013 it likely has 64-bit support

I try to avoid downloading apps that's not updated the last 12to 16 months.
