How to wake this thing up from sleep mode with blue bed icon??

I am getting real tired of this watch 8. It is always doing something I didn't ask it to do. First it was trying to call 911 after I hit a couple bumps on a bike ride. Now mowing with a long sleeve shirt today it started a 20 minute timer somehow that went off. Now the watch is in some sort of sleep mode with a bed icon. I hold the crown to unlock it, enter my PIN and it works. But then goes right back to bed mode. WTF? How do I return this thing to normal operation? I see no setting anywhere to enable or disable this mode???

Slide up from the bottom, and turn off the sleep Focus mode. If you don't have the focus mode button there, scroll down to the Edit button and add it to the menu.
