Apple is hosting an online streaming media event for the public and press on September 14, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time. Apple is expected to announce its new iPhone 13 lineup alongside an Apple Watch Series 7, and potentially other products during the event, dubbed "California Streaming." Here's how you can watch it and when, wherever you are in the world.

There are multiple ways to watch the September 14 event, with details listed below. We've also included a useful guide on when the event will take place in your particular time zone.

Apple Events Website

With the Apple Events website, you can watch the event live on a Mac, iPhone, ‌iPad‌, PC, or any other device with a web browser. The Apple Events website works in Safari, Chrome, Firefox, and other main browsers.

Just navigate to www.apple.com/apple-events/ using a web browser at the appropriate time to watch. You can visit the site now to add an event reminder to your calendar.

YouTube

Apple also plans to stream the event live on YouTube, which is perhaps the easiest and most efficient way to watch because the YouTube live stream can be viewed on every platform where YouTube is available, which is pretty much all platforms, from smartphones and tablets to consoles and smart TVs.

Apple has posted a placeholder for the September 14 event on YouTube, and you can visit it now to set an event reminder through YouTube.

Apple TV App

Apple used to have a dedicated Apple Events app on the Apple TV, but ahead of WWDC 2020, it folded into the Apple TV app. On event day, there will be a prominent ‌Apple TV‌ app section dedicated to the live stream, which can be watched on any device where the ‌Apple TV‌ app is available.

This includes the ‌Apple TV‌, iPhones, iPads, Macs, and some smart TVs. If you have an ‌Apple TV‌, the ‌Apple TV‌ app is one of the best ways to watch the event live. Apple hasn't updated the ‌Apple TV‌ app with the new event as of yet, but it should be added soon.

First time ever I’m on holidays during the event so I’ll actually stay up. 3am hurts though.
The benefits of living in the U.S with PST. We get to see Apple's show at Apple's time zone at 10AM. Do you really need to see it live? Why not just wait until a normal time of the day and watch the uploaded video?

While I'm just as interested in the new features of the iPhone 13 as the next guy, I refuse to sit through another long drawn out tedious presentation just to get the specs.
I'll definitely skip this (first time ever) and get the bullet points later on in the day

Going to give it a miss this time around. Don’t want a spiPhone 13 and I’ve lost all trust/faith in Apple.

Ah... I'm assuming you're talking about Apple's on-device CSAM scanning thing.

Well look... if you don't want Apple to compare hashes of your photos on your device against hashes of known CSAM images... you're free to go elsewhere.

But just be aware that Google has the ability to scan EVERYTHING on an Android phone. Not just hashes of photos... but every email you send and receive, every website you visit, every text you send, basically everything on your device.

And the reason Google scans everything is because they are an ADVERTISING company. That's their deal.

So you're left with some sort of Linux phone... or maybe a FreedomPhone?

Good luck with that.

:p

You have no idea how bad this back door into iOS will get. So yea, I’m out! I’m not paying a premium for privacy and security then having a back door installed for any and everyone to exploit! If you think I’m alone how about the 7000 plus Apple employees who petitioned against it. At least with google you know where you stand and the community has developed safeguards to install to give you some privacy. Sheeple no more!

Are you sure "back doors" don't exist on Android? The whole platform was designed for data collection! It's owned by an advertising company. You're not Google's customer... the advertisers are.

But fine... if you can't trust Apple because you think they're spying on you... good luck staying private on Android.

Safe travels!

;)

This summer someone criticized me that I was willing to get up / stay awake to see a competition live at the Olympics at 3.50 AM (continental European time). From now on I will retort that there are people who stay up in the night to watch an hour long Apple commercial …. :D

Looking forward to it! The hour long keynotes that Apple has been doing throughout the pandemic have been great- very well put together

Yeah, I might watch it. But can’t say I’m super excited. We all kind of know what to expect with these events now days. Back in the “old days” there were more surprises!
