How to watch .wmv videos sent in emails.

I have an iPhone 3GS and am unable to watch any videos sent by email that have the .wmv format.
Most of my family has iPhones and so do I.
When I record a video at home on my computer useing a Logitech QuickCam Pro 9000 and send it in an email attachment nobody is able to see it on their iPhones. Also I am not able to view their videos when they send one to me. I have to get to a computer to see the videos.
Is there any way to view .wmv files on an iPhone?

Or you could search the App Store for 'WMV' or 'WMV Player' etc.

Or you could convert the videos before sending them??
