Using an external monitor on (most) the slim LCDs appear to make it very choppy and slow if there is no internal LCD connected - really unsure why Apple have this as a thing.
The reason why your fan is ramping is because you do not have the LCD temperature sensor connected to the machine - which runs through the LVDS/DP connector

is posible disable check lcd temperature? The imac not detect lcd when is connect

I disable integrity controller but not resolve the problem

Is there a board/connector or way around using only an external monitor? Is there a way to fool the sensor?
SO then from the Apple DisplayPort (LVDS) cable that use to plug into the monitor, work around that to hdmi output?
