Beta 3 brings Personal Hotspot back.

Personal Hotspot is controlled by your Carrier. It's not turned on for all iDevices.

If it wasn't there in iOS 7 it won't be there in iOS 8.

Working for me on latest DP, however I wasn't able to use it until a recent service update from my carrier.

I had it on ios7.1 and now with beta 1-2-3-4-5 I don't have it anymore... On other iphones (7.1) with my Carrier works good...

Found. Previously it was automatic, now I have to set "Hotspot setting"
