What can be upgraded in the macbook pro 13 inch other than the RAM and the HDD? I dont just means stuff that can be unplugged and a more advanced thing plugged in to replace it, more like a soldering iron and a screwdriver.... I'm thinking about the possibility of upgrading it to USB 3.0 when its available.

HDD and RAM, that is about it. Best upgrades are to 4GB RAM if you can afford it and/or Intel SSD.
You can do a heavy mod (like solder stuff in or out), but that would instantly void your warranty.
