How usable is the base 2015 12" Macbook today?

I have the same machine and it runs like the day I bought it. I click for application to open. NO bouncing dock. It has had 115 battery cycles. Still lasts long as I need it to. The SSD flies and gives me 486 write, and 758 read speed.
