How well does a Retina Macbook Pro run Windows 7,8, or 8.1 visually? Is it blurry?

When bootcamping Windows 7, 8, or 8.1 on a Retina Macbook Pro, does the screen actually look blurry compared to a classic Macbook Pro? Can applications and OS look sharp and crisp with some configuration if not?

The screen doesn't but some of the fonts can do.
You may need to change some settings to get the best visually.
