How well does the Air 2 Smart Cover fit the 9.7 Pro?

Fits perfectly. Not even much of a concern for the speakers, to be honest.

I'm looking to upgrade from an air 2 to a 9.7 pro but I'm not sure I have enough save up for the silicone shell / pro smart case combo yet 😉

In fact, they repel...and the "hinge"/connector magnet doesn't hold. In short, Air 2 Smart Covers aren't compatible with the Pro

Also depending of the cover the top speakers could be blocked .
