How will Apple Music and Family sharing work with separate iCloud and App Store IDs?

I feel like, for the first time in Apple history, the fact we have a separate iTunes and iCloud ID is a bad thing since the iTunes ID now is a "profile" for Apple Music playlists, connect, and the like.
I wish they would make a merge utility for those of us that were required back in the day to make two separate accounts!
