runninmac macrumors 65816 Aug 21, 2005 #4 If its the 2nd gen it will say 4GB or 6GB on the back. (and there was no first gen 6GB mini.)
m-dogg macrumors 65816 Aug 21, 2005 #5 also, the color of the play/pause/ff/rewind symbols on the scroll wheel of the 1st gen are grey, regardless of the mini's color. on the 2nd gen, the color of the symbols match the color of the ipod. so a pink mini would have pink labels...
