How will itunes separate the apps?

Hi ,

I have an iPad and just got my young lad an iPod touch and just wondering how iTunes is going to synch the iPod/iPhone apps to the iPhone and not to my iPad and vice versa?

Dont want duplicate apps on my iPad

When you sync, you can check which Apps to download to the touch (or any of your iDevices, for that matter). During sync, click Application tab and you can either sync all, or select from menu of available Apps on your host computer.
