Just a thought. You obviously need to place the Watch's back crystal onto the charging port in order to charge the watch.

Now that's no problem with a sport band, or leather loop ect.. However, the link bracelet is one single piece of steel, which means it would be impossible to put on the charger, as it'll be covered by the bracelet.

Now I presume most people will have the watch faced up in order to charge it, you wouldn't want to have it on it's side or upside down as it may damage it, which presents a significant problem for charging.

I doubt people will be interested in taking the band off every night as that's a real pain.

Therefore, maybe Apple will come up with a sort of 'hanging dock' whereby the dock is higher up, so the watch can be placed on top and the band can hang down.

Thought's? I'm not sure if anyone has realised this problem yet.

I don't think that it is one continuous piece. I'm pretty sure that it attaches to the watch the same way that the other straps do.

You don't put the watch on the charger.

You put the charger inside the band, onto the watch:

Companies are already selling little charger docks where you can slide the watch onto the dock from the side (a hanging dock as you put it):

It's not a problem.

How do you think your wrist gets in there?

Does look a lot blacker in the video. I think (hope) it's more to do with the room lighting and the poor video quality. I don't think its anywhere near that black in person.

Super Excited to get mine as well! Can't wait until Monday.
