Both positions (over and under) require equal turns of the wrist to view the watch face, which makes both of them equally viable. My watch will be on my left arm with the screen facing up...like it should be. Why would you wear a watch with the screen facing down so you need to look at the underside of your wrist to view it?
Hmm, interesting. I kinda like that idea. Since I can't afford the Gold edition, wearing two watches will help me position myself in a society above those with only one watch. As long as they aren't wearing another watch on their other wrist. Those guys are weird.
