Got to admit i'm really liking it. Got all my favourite news for when i need it and it's great to peek and pop on certain news that is on. Certainly for general newspaper news along with sport and tech

Anybody use it here?

Don't really use it. It is convenient to see a few stories on he search page though.

I don't use it much. Don't see the need to use it over my local news app.

Not using it much although i want to. I would like the ability to select my own news feeds, and eliminate others. Unless something has changed, I don't think that you can do that yet.

I find it pretty bad actually.
It did kind of get me to check out alternatives though. I checked out the Google News app and that's pretty fantastic. It has everything categorized and even a local news section that populates by location. When I'm at work in CT I get local news about the town and school district I work in, when I'm home I get local politics and other stories from my home town.

I do sort of like having a few news stories on the siri search page though.

It feels rather scattershot. I selected a bunch of interests to start off, but I hardly find any traces of my preferences in the sea of stories in there. Typically out of 100 or so news stories that popup when I open the app daily, I feel compelled to read 1 or 2.

I read two newspapers from top to bottom so I don't need to see a few random headlines.

Don't like it at all. It's too "busy" and missing my local stories. I use individual apps or bookmark my favorites in Safari. Turned off everything related to it that I can and relegated it to an unused app folder since I can't delete it.

That is exactly how I feel. For every 15-20 articles it generates, only about 1 or 2 interest me. I'd rather just browse reddit.

I've used it a little bit, I guess I'll use it more when I'm out and about. It seems like a good app.

I use it here and there in the phone search area if an interesting story appears. However, as others have mentioned it is just not as organized

One thing's for sure, the homescreen icon is terrible!

I agree, I already stowed it away in the useless apps folder

Sticking with feedly as I also like to read on the Mac and pc. Being iOS only its so limiting.

I like it a lot especially sharing a article on Facebook and it says "Apple news" you don't see that much on FB.
I like the clean look with the white background.

Not into having my news "curated" for me...

I like to choose my own.

I used it to replace feedly because I didn't like how it limited to showing 10 articles at a time. I still feel like I'm scrolling rather than reading, so the curation is definitely not a level where I would talk about it as a feature. Its also pretty random in that sometimes, it scrolls to the top when refreshing, and other times it doesn't. It needs a lot more work.
