My iPhone X is almost identical to the iPhone 11 Pro in everyday use since I have no battery problems.

Also I don’t see any big difference between my camera and the iPhone 11 Pro camera when I was taking pictures in the Apple Store. Maybe if I would spend time trying to look for tiny little details, but i don’t care about photo’s that much.
Good for you

Great. Only gripes are App refreshes (not enough RAM) & battery life has slightly diminished (since April 2018).

Mine still works well enough. One issue I've been having is the camera will sometimes not focus - I'll end up with an out of focus photo. I've tried a few different apps and they all seem to have the same random results.

It's enough of an issue that I ordered an 11 Pro Max to replace it.

Frankly, I’m impressed with how well the iPhone X runs going into its 3rd year / iOS iteration. I recall just a few years back that after a few years of iOS updates the hardware would feel slow or sluggish.

To me the X still feels like a brand new phone and an excellent design. I’d say the only reason to upgrade would be for the camera.

I actually now have a new iPhone X. Reason being last month my ipx started ghost texting and freezing up. Because I had purchased the AppleCare plus they sent me a new one. Worked out because now my phone is paid off and I hope I didn't make a mistake not purchasing the AppleCare again for this one. I guess my thoughts were now that I am paid off, if something happens to this again I will just buy the newest one and start over in payments. I just want to be done with payments for a while. Still love this beauty.

Just upgraded to an X from a 7. Got myself a brand new 256gb X with full Apple warranty here in the UK for £450. I think that’s very good value for money for such a lovely built phone. There are currently deals on the 11’s right now with £100 cashback but still , prefer the form factor and oled of the X. Difference in price between this and the 11 128gb is £230. Want to give this a go for a while and probably wait and see what comes out next year.

I would have gone to the 11. A13>A11, 4gb of ram, way better battery life, WiFi 6, better cameras. What were you thinking. Take it back and exchange it if it’s not too late. 😎

Lol. 11 is too big and I’m loosing less $ with this purchase. I’ve lost nothing buying this vs used market yet 11 immediately £150. Next season is only around the corner anyway.

The guy runs a corporation for profit. Sorry you mistook it for a church 🤷🏻‍♂️
Yeah but he preaches morality when he has none. He should **** and stop pretending.

Smart people can see this, they can also see the point I was trying to make. Fanboys will just make excuses.

"Anyone who doesn't agree with me isn't smart" is not going to make smart people agree with you. Just makes it look like you're wasting your Saturdays on Apple forums saying how much you dislike Apple.

Anyway - on topic. My X is fine. I do have the camera not focusing thing. After moving the phone about for a second or two it will eventually focus. This is a software issue for sure.

Despite the fact that I was planning on keeping my X for another year, I pulled the trigger on a midnight green 11 Pro. My wife got one a couple of weeks ago and I’ve noticed several improvements that influenced my decision to upgrade. As I’ve mentioned previously, the speed difference is very noticeable and the camera is significantly better. The real icing on the cake is the additional RAM; I haven’t noticed any app/page refreshes yet. The phone really feels like an upgrade.

I also had an x and uprgraded to the normal
11. I find it a big upgrade better speakers than my x even through my beats wireless headphones sound is amazing much improved over the x. Also the camera is way way better than on the x and also having the bigger screen is a plus. The screen of the 11 is fine for me don’t notice to much of a different to the x. Battery life is good on the 11 on my x was terrible battery life and this phone is so fast my x was a slow mover at times really notice the speed difference. All in all was well worth the upgrade.

Upgraded from X to 11 Pro Max, mostly because of the camera and dual SIM. I also missed bigger size, but didn’t want to upgrade last year.

Overall, feels like a great upgrade with the exception of the screen. The screen on my iPhone X had better color balance, and my 11 Pro has a sight green-yellow tint. My X was also brighter under the same lighting with similar brightness settings, but it could be just a difference in auto-brightness tuning.

I upgraded to 11 Pro Max from 7. If I had X/XS I would wait for 2020 5G iPhone. Pro (Max) is a great phone, but probably least futureproof iPhone released in a long time since 5G becoming a standard is around a corner.

It will take a couple of years for 5G to become widespread, so it’s not that big of an issue. Plus LTE speeds are good enough already.

I don’t think you have analyzed the situation in my view if you think 5G is around the corner. I read that Verizon is still working on completely fleshing out 4g still as it’s still not available everywhere. This notion of 5g becoming a standard anytime soon is laughable. I’ll even go further and say that Apple can do without a 5g phone in 2020 and delay It until 2021. You won’t see 5g become a standard until maybe 2022? I’m not looking forward to 5g and I don’t care about it enough To make a buying decision
