Mine is perfect and has been in a case - I wipe it down every other day with a microfiber cloth and place it right back in the case

I had the JB 7plus for one year - I followed the same process with it and it was flawless until I gave it to my son who uses it without a case or screen protector

I have a weird hairline scratch on the front display near the top right. No case. Never dropped it and super careful with it, not sure how it got scratched.

sure they scratch them in the factory, there always seems to be a scratch out of the box

I think mine is perfect still though I have it in an Apple leather case that leaves the bottom exposed--so that part will eventually scratch. I'm not examining mine too carefully since I'm sure if you look hard enough you'll find some tiny flaw on every single iPhone out there.

Cosmetically it’s fine. Not a scratch anywhere. My volume up button is mushy and doesn’t click like the volume down does. I’m not sure if this is enough to get a replacement but it definitely bothers me.

Mine's the opposite. The power button is juuuuust a bit mushy. Not enough to kickstart my OCD.
