Howto : Develop Adium Xtras and Submit??

I already made a theme, including a color theme and a list-layout, but i would like to know how to submit this. I already have a acount at adiumxtras.com, and i've some things about making xtras, but i can't really figure it out. and when i went to the sumbit page after that one, there were two boxes with description and change, what do thoose mean??

I have absolutely no knowledge of coding, only a very little about HTML.

ps: i also read something about that you need to submit it in Zip format, what is a good free zip program for mac?

You can right-click on a file and select Create archive of "filename" and it will create a .zip file for you.
