Hoya/Pentax to purchase Nikon corporation!

Announcement being made this afternoon (Japan) about the buy out. The announcement will be followed up with the introduction of the Pentikon DK30 , with ISO range of 75000 with slight noise at 64000. The new model will be on the shelves by June.
