Hello,

I have been using the HP Officejet 7210 All-in-One for a while... Reasonable choice for somebody that needs or wants to scan in documents to PDF.

Unfortunately that is no longer possible, it seems, after installing the HP Scanjet G4050... Wanted to scan in some photos and photo negatives. Since then there is no way to use the PDF function on the other printer anymore. Too bad, or does somebody know a back door solution?

Thanks in advance!

I don't know your particular printer, but if you can open the images in preview, you can print to pdf from there.

...unfortunately the HP Officejet seems to have a problem now - it does not really respond to button input from its own dashboard any more, nor the HP Device Manager (it only talks to the HP Scanjet since adding it and its drivers/software)! Frustrating indeed!!!
