HP P1102w help?

I recently set up the P1102w on my network and am having an unusual problem. My Windows 7 (64 bit) PC prints to it 75% of the time correctly, and 25% experiencing this issue, and my OSX Lion (10.7.2) machine experiences the problem 100% of the time. My airprint devices haven't had a problem. The problem is an unusually long delay before the print job starts. Like at least 5 minutes, but sometimes as long as 15 or more. Yesterday, I had to kill one print job that sat for an hour and never went. Does anyone know what might be causing this?

Have you tried seeing if there are any firmware updates for your printer?

The firmware is up to date...it updated when I hooked it up to the network last week.
