HP Printer Driver Update Won't Go Away

For over a month my Apple available update window listed "HP Printer Driver Update Version 1.1.1 122mb". I've downloaded and installed that update twice, but it remains in the available update list. How do I get rid of it?

Well you can highlight it in the Software Update window and in the "Update" menu choose "Ignore Update" and it will not show in your list again.
