html-based email newsletters

is there some kind of an app or a script that i could install on a hosted website that would be similar to a service like mailchimp or constantcontact (or similar) where i could have a subscribe to our newsletter box on the front page, and be able to collect a list of emails and then send monthly or weekly newsletters to the subscribers in the form of html + images?

do either of these have some kind of an analytics system, along with statistics system which displays info on bounce rate, undelivered email, etc?
