Hub?

Going back to a MBP from an iMac. The thing I like best about the iMac is all the USB ports on the back. All the "best of usb-c" articles on the web seem to put the Satechi hubs first, yet on Amazon it gets crummy reviews. So what do you guys recommend for all the legacy peripherals I have no desire to replace?
