Google just released Version 4.0 of Google maps. Finally with iphone 6 optimizations.
But I noticed a huge bug. When I ask for directions via public transport, the App will always give me directions that include driving somewhere.
    For example:

    Walk 300feet
    Take M3 (metro)
    Take M1 (metro)
    Drive 0.3 miles
    walk 200 feet

or also very often it tells me to drive 0feet (1 Minute).

Unfortunately the Metro won’t transport my car.

    Anybody else noticed this?

Just tested it here in London and can confirm this.

The drive 0ft is also present.

Hopefully they'll push out an update soon.

    Not seeing this.

As transit directions are generated server-side, this is probably already fixed.

I think it's jsut showing you the OPTION of driving to the public transport location.

    Not a bug.

So when the app suggests you take your car onto the metro so you can drive somewhere when you exit the public transport station at the other end, you think this ISN'T a bug?
