On Friday at 5 AM ordered the phone.
Friday at 6 AM got an email saying the order wouldn't be processed
Called AT&T and they said it's the credit card company's fault.
Credit Card company says it's a fraudulent charge.
AT&T clears it up they say.
AT&T sends an email saying your order has been processed.
AT&T sends another email saying it WON'T be processed.
Repeat process w/ credit card company and AT&T.

AT&T says we should be getting the iPhone.

AT&T says we should be getting the iPhone as of this morning.

But on AT&T.com it shows 3 orders.

The first one is backordered. Ordered on 10/8.
The second one is canceled from 10/8.
The third once isn't backordered. Ordered on 10/7.

The credit card company said on Saturday there was 4 pending charges.

WHAT SHOULD I DO?

PS: We have good credit.

Man we could get good jobs at AT&T redesigning all their systems! That's how they need to spend some of the dough they're trying to make processing these orders.

and then I'd have to deal with the credit card company, etc. eeeeek.

Well, hopefully you'll get a refund before the money is due. If paying off three iPhones will be a problem, and you don't want to incur financing charges, your best bet is to call AT&T and try to cancel two of the orders.

If it were ME, I'd risk it and get at least one phone in my hand. The rest I would deal with it as it came at me. But that's me. :D

IDEK how many orders there are. Both companies are pointing the fingers at each other. When I have 10 iPhones on the doorstep on Friday (or whatever day... SMH) I will bring them to AT&T and be like "deal with it." Because this is just ridiculous.

Wouldn't it be cool if they let me keep two as a compensation? LMFAO. One can dream.
