I am the proud owner of a macbook with Leopard. Recently, I have experienced problems while trying to view hulu videos. I receive an error message that says that I have to disable my proxy anonymyzer in order to view Hulu videos. Is anyone else experiencing this problem? Also, could anyone tell me how to fix this problem? Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried checking your browser settings. I know FireFox has options to customise those settings.

Thanks for the swift reply. I tried all 3 of the proxy options on firefox, but I still have the same problem? Any other suggestions? Also, I've encountered this problem on 2 different macbooks of different models. Am I the only one having trouble playing hulu videos?

It's not you. Hulu recently switched off the ability to use anonymous proxy servers to view videos. They're trying to crack down on those of us trying to watch videos outside the USA.

But, I live in the U.S. Is there anything I can do to fix this problem? I've tried e-mailing Hulu multiple times, but of course, they're unresponsive.

After researching this anonymous proxy problem I have figured out that the problem is with my internet provider, and not with anything on my mackbook. If anyone else experiences this problem within the United States, I suggest calling your internet provider.
