When considering just remember it’s 8 more per month. In total that’s 192 + tax.

If you have 13GB free at this point. 64GB will probably be fine for you unless you drastically change your habits

64 gb x is great for you.

It's an easy answer. Either 64GB is enough or too much for you based on current use. That is the only question you have to ask yourself and you'll know which to get.

I think you should go with the 64. Try it for the year. Actually probably less than a year since this years phone came out a bit late. Since you have a 64 now, you’ll be fine and save a bit of money too. Definitely the 64.

256. No question. You might think that your current 64gb is okay but so did I. Was already using 30 gb on my old 64gb 6s+ and decided 256 was the way to go for my 8+. Plus it will be worth more $$$ when it's time to upgrade

This kind of thinking -- "it's only going to cost $49.00/month or $8 more at $57.00/month" is part of the problem that too many people have when it comes to figuring out whether or not they can actually afford this thing in the first place. The other piece of the problem is that people need to be realistic about how they have been using their device(s) up to this point, and is there a way that they could perhaps change that approach? I.E., if 13 GB is still available now on a current 64 GB iPhone, what could change over the next year? Are you likely to add more apps, music or movies or something else? Is there a way you could delete some of the apps, music and movies that are on your current or upcoming new device now or in the future, freeing up more space? Another thing to take into consideration is that it's not "only" $49/month or $57.00/month -- one has to take taxes into consideration, too, at least in the US, where they seem to pile on a bunch of taxes at the federal, state and local level.

What benefits do you get from your current iPhone now? If you're happy with it, why? If not happy, why not? Will getting a 64 GB iPhone X versus a 256 GB iPhone X satisfy you? Why or why not? What about the 256 GB (aside from the obvious increase in capacity) will make THAT much of a difference for you? $96.00 worth? (That's the total of that additional $8.00/month payments over a year.)

As has been said, none of us can make this decision for you, it's one which is going to be unique and personal to each and every user of an iPhone, both current and brand-new...... AND it really does not need to be a "hurry" or rushed decision. The iPhone X is going to be around for some time, now, a year......

I went with 256GB for my 8 Plus, why? Because I could. Plus this gives me the choice to fill it with more music/videos/apps/photos. I only have about 2000 photos, but I prefer to have the original quality on my phone because that's just how I roll.

Neither. If you need to ask a forum what YOU should get, then neither one is the obvious choice to you. Therefore, I wouldn't buy something that wasn't obvious to ME. How does a forum of strangers know what I want/need, better than I do?

I think 256 gb is good for video and i am not part of record video all time

i dont download game
i dont record video

i have 13 gb avail now on my 64gb iphone 6'plus

i think i go 64GB again
