Are there any hydration apps that stand out? I don't mind paying for usefulness.
Buzz is great if you're not only into water, Water++ is also nice.
Double up on what you've got. Every hour when your watch tells you to stand - get up and get some water.
Good idea, but who would turn down the chance to get another dedicated app?
This serves a better purpose for trips:
Carribean or S. American travellers that have never been to such hot climates,
Egyptian or desert travellers, first try?
Those training for their first half/full marathon.
Remember many MANY people don't drink nearly enough water per day - even in the winter it's critical and yet so difficult. It's helpful to retrain your brain into good habits.
Especially if you have a job that already involves walking all day. The stand reminder won't help at all in those cases.
Also don't forget people living at high altitude need reminders as well. Heck, even constipation sufferers often have no problem once they're hydrated enough all day.
