I tried the Danish store and it appears that they did - luckily the website for HyperDock is still alive and kicking at www.bahoom.com - could be developer too taking it off of the Mac App Store?!
To be honest I didn't think it was on the App Store to begin with so to the question you posted I was like "On the App Store, that can't be right. He or she must be mistaken"
