I would really like to learn how to do this in os x. Can anyone help me out? Help would greatly be appreciated. thanks.

One last question, what is the break equivalent of "alt-b or break" in os x? I have cisco 3524, 2621. i can do this in windows but i want/need to learn this in os x as well. It probably is very simple I'm just lost. thanks for your time.
